Thursday, April 24
7 a.m. Sunrise Yoga
Energize your day with an early-morning yoga practice (preferably before breakfast) including inversions, arm balances and backbends in your flow practice.

9 a.m. Guided Labyrinth Walk
Visit the labyrinth with a Spiritual Wellness provider. Learn about this sacred archetype and walk its path with intention in a shared community of spiritual seekers.

3 p.m. An Art Journal Experience
Join us for a multi-genre art adventure, where you'll craft an origami mini book and fill it with sensory delights like poetry, feathers, drawings, and more. Feel free to bring your own personal journal and make the most of this creative opportunity.

5 p.m. Open 12-Step Recovery Meeting
Hosted by the local community, this Speaker Meeting welcomes members of all 12-step fellowships, their families, and those who are just curious. A member of the 12-Step Community will share their personal story of what it was like, what happened, and what it is like now.

7 p.m. Demystifying the Recovery Journey
Recovery is not a solo path. Join Tom McDermitt, a respected leader in the recovery field for over 21 years, as he shares key insights and essential tools for starting and sustaining a successful recovery journey—no matter where you are on the path.

7 a.m. Morning Walking
This walk includes inclines on both trails and pavement that will accommodate all paces up to 13 minutes per mile, equivalent to 4-5 mph on a treadmill. Please bring your water bottle.

1 p.m. Grind, Grit & Grace
The ‘hustle and bustle’, ‘hurry and worry’ mindset is mainstream madness. Contemplate the concepts of grind, grit, and grace, and learn practices to help design your well way of life.

3 p.m. Getting Unstuck
We all get stuck—whether it’s in a big way, a small way, or simply in our own minds. Join Tom McDermitt, a respected leader in the recovery field, as he shares practical tools and insights to help you break free from feeling stuck and move forward with growth and purpose.

4 p.m. Meditation
Learn techniques to help reduce stress, increase mindfulness, calm your mind and emotions and help your body relax.

11 a.m. Re-establishing the Connection
The quality of your relationships has a profound effect on your well-being. A life management therapist explores ways to enhance the vitality of your connection with friends, family and yourself.

2 p.m. Heart Chakra Yoga
In this challenging class, we will focus on backbends and forward folds to open the heart chakra with advanced poses (such as camel pose) to let go of sadness and grief in the heart.

Join Shawn Harrington, Curator of the Manchester Vermont Historical Society, for a look into the origins of the 12-Step movement. Discover how a pivotal 1935 meeting between two Vermont natives in Akron, OH, sparked the creation of dozens of 12-Step Fellowships that have since transformed millions of lives.
